“The Arbour it's self is a very well designed and partly made arbour. There was some problems with the delivery as the company that delivered it broke it and did not acknowledge they had. However when I contacted Churnet Valley, they quickly sent another and dealt with the delivery company themselves. The Customer service was outstanding, the quality of the product was excellent and I can highly recommend to hem. Garden Street were however quite slow in their response to the problem, but did keep out of the way as nd let Churnet Valley deal with it. The price through Garden Street though was the best we could find anywhere. So overall despite problems a good experience. So I can highly recommend them and the arbour, it is solid and will last many years.”
