“I ordered the seat by phone, paid by credit card. After waiting for longer than the "Delivery date" I rang again on 2 MAY to ask when it would be delivered. I was told that Garden Street would contact C T about delivery date. No answer. Three days later I arrived home to find swing seat dumped in my garage. Rang Garden Street....spoke to both Lucy and Dave, who were kind and helpful BUT clearly the delivery is done by CT. They said that CT had phoned me - they had not phoned me. They had txt - they had not. You cannot deliver £500.00 worth of goods and not expect someone to take delivery of them. A phone call from Chris (from CT?) who said he would come and erect seat on Thursday 18 May. (Unfortunately I was admitted to hospital that day). He came and erected swing and even went to explain to neighbours that he hadn't put up the canopy, because of expected rain. The delivery system isn't working.”
