“This has to be the worst online purchase that I have experienced. I placed the order and paid in full. Over a week later I contacted the company to chase my item. I was told they would check the warehouse and get back to me. They did not. I checked my online account to see that it had been dispatched so I thought all was well. The following day I received an email informing me the item was out of stock. Never again!”

“CHANCE WOULD BE A FINE THING - TRY DELIVERING THE PRODUCT FIRST - THEN ASK ME. SO FAR YOU FAILED ON THE GAZEBO AND IT NOW LOOOKS THAT YOU ARE FAILING ON THE ARCH. WILL GIVE IT ANOTHER WEEK THEN IF NO DELIVERY I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!”
