“Item was so heavy (even without the weights) we knew we would not be able to manoeuvre it. So we needed to return it. There was nothing on the website to let us know that we would have to find our own courier and cost would be £60 minimum!! No one was available or even interested in helping us to organise the return and it should have been clear in the advert the approximate cost. Having paid £20 for delivery, it was easy to assume return would be similar. We are now left with product we can’t use, £350 out of pocket and no one at the company remotely interested in helping!! Really disappointing experience.”
