“So disappointing, beautiful chair, very comfortable but we are now on chair number 3 and still have not got a perfect chair Chair 1 the framework was badly damaged Chair 2 the welding of the frame was so poor you could see through it Chair 3 the joint between the base and the upfront was damaged so it would not fit together. Also there were very sharp edges, not properly finished off. These problems are with quality control and packaging/delivery handling Garden Street have been very helpful but all this has taken up a lot of time”
