We love it! It arrived well before our original delivery date. After seeing some reviews we painted it before it was put together. It was a definitely a two man job, but went together pretty well in around 3 hours.

I had my eye on this corner arbour for over a year, and reading some of the reviews, finally made up my mind to buy one. It arrived on a pallet kerb side. I decided to paint all the components before assembly (same colour as picture and looks great) took 3 days. Assembly was super easy, as my skill level at diy is low ish but had no real problems, the instructions are clear and to the point. Now that it is up and installed in the corner of my garden, I can 100% say I am delighted with my purchase.

This arbour has many large parts pre constructed making assembly easy. It is made using substantial timbers making it a sturdy structure. Being pressure treated it should last I am delighted with it

Before purchasing the Haven corner arbour I spent a few months researching different brands and models. I am always wary of a product being shipped direct, especially something made from natural products which can have a tendency to be out of shape. Ordering via Garden Street was simple and we were kept inform of progress. Only one date was offered for delivery although the driver can call with a time slot. Would there be any pieces missing? What would the quality of the wood be like? Would the wood be split, or warped? These were all questions I was asking myself before I ordered. Delivery day arrived and so did the arbour. The quality of the wood was better than I expected, and the parts that are pre fabricated were well put together. Whilst wood is a natural product that can warp and twist, the pieces were very true, certainly nothing that caused any problems putting everything together. We painted our arbour using a mixture of Cuprinol ‘Willow’ and ‘muted Clay’. It took a while to apply two coats to all of the individual components, sanding each piece beforehand. But it was time we’ll spent. Putting the arbour together is straightforward and can be done by one competent person. You will need to drill pilot holes and I upgraded some of the supplied screws, but that’s probably just me wanting things over-engineered. The finished arbour looks great, sits square and is very solid. My fears were unfounded and we are very pleased with the finished result. Top marks for Rowlinson and Garden Street...!!
