“My daughter loves all things artsy and has a passion for nature. She loves creatures especially the creepy little ones which I am happy to encourage (as long as I don’t have to hold them myself!!!) This kit is perfect. The design is aesthetically pleasing but also safe; I felt confident allowing my 3 year old to decorate the bug hotel! The paint was very good quality and there was deceptively lots of it in the mini looking pots!! It went a long way. A simple activity, beautiful wooden ‘hotel’ (one of the most affordable I have found whilst browsing) and has made a colourful addition to the garden and an excellent talking point about its potential visitors!”

“We bought this as a birthday present for our friends daughter. She loves being outside and nature, so was very excited when we explained what a bug hotel is. The fact you can paint it to make it personal is great. Great communication from seller and delivered promptly. Would definitely recommend, as would a happy 5 year old!!”

“The gift was purchased for my 4 year old great nephew. He loves being outside and is fascinated by the wildlife that he sees in his garden and out and about. He was very excited about the Bug hotel and that he would be able to decorate it. The brush was perhaps a little too small for him, so he used one of his thicker brushes. The whole experience from buying the Bug Hotel to placing it in the garden has been excellent. Its heart warming to hear that he is so enthusiastic about his Big Hotel. Long may that continue.”

“I have never used Gardening for Kids before, I was so surprised at the choices for children, not readily available elsewhere. I read the reviews all of which were very positive and I can now echo them. The bug hotel is excellent, good quality and looks amazing. Very good value. My granddaughter will be thrilled with it and the bonus is she cant paint it herself. It came very quickly and was very well wrapped. I will use this website again & recommend.”
