“The first problem was that there were no instructions in the box only a card with contact details - see attachment. It was not easy to find the instructions matching this particular wormery on-line and once I found them and printed them out the 13 pages were not numbered which made collating the printed pages difficult. The first half of Page 8 would not print despite me having two attempts. This meant making a Word document which I physically cut & pasted into my Wormery booklet. Not at all helpful. One of the trays was cracked. However, this problem was dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently by Gardening Naturally. We have yet to find out how efficient this Wormery is as it takes time for worms to convert food scraps into compost!”
