The centre prong 15cm (6") pushes into the soil and the outer two prongs sit on the fabric.

“These tri-pegs were excellent, the three pegs securely fastened the netting, leaving no gaps for un-wanted visitors to get into my fruit cage. Would highly recommend this product and I shall be getting some more myself.”
