“Whilst I haven’t yet put them on the garden due to very dry weather, I have been using Nemaslug for the past few years with I believe great effect. Prior to ever using, we suffered horrendously with large slugs for which I would not use slug pellets due to having pets as well as the wild life. Since using Nemaslug, whilst I do get some slugs, they have been minimal and I have been able to grow good veg that previously would have been impossible.”

“I'm on my 3rd year of using this product and it really seems to be working. I'm seeing far far fewer slugs than when I started my 'war on slugs' programme. It didn't seem to work initially and I contacted Gardening Naturally for more advice. You have to apply it to the soil directly (ie. not just sprinkle it on top of foliage). It's best applied to wet ground, in the evening and kept damp for a few days. The nematodes live in the soil so need to be able to get into it and get established before they dry out. It's been particularly effective of riding a shady area of a plague of tiny black slugs that were impossible to pick off by hand. Bigger slugs will always march in from other areas, so I always find a few, but alongside beer traps and picking off by 'hand' (I never touch them directly - urghh!) even my hosters are looking good!”

“Started using this product just last year. The water table is very high in this area and slugs and snails are prolific. We lost so many vegetable plants and flowers before they had a chance to establish. We noticed the slugs dying within a couple of weeks of applying and the damage became much less. The snails we dealt with by picking off and throwing away. We are now, virtually, slug free and our beans are growing beautifully. It's so easy to apply too. Thoroughly recommend.”
