Our domed fruit and vegetable cages will protect your fruit bushes, trees or vegetables. Constructed from 19mm aluminium, they are extremely easy to assemble using just a 'slot-in' system. They are then simply pushed into the ground for stability.
Choose from a range of different netting covers which are easily attached using the clips provided and then secured into the ground with steel pegs, which are also in the kit.
All our walk in domed cages are 1.2m (4') wide x 1.88m (6'1") erected height. We recommend pushing the uprights in the ground 30cm (12"). The height of 1.88m is after you have pushed the uprights into the soil.
Please note: This does not come with a door, you just need to remove a few clips and pegs to gain entrance from any side you wish. Anchors for additional support are advised but not always necessary.

“The product is the best portable cage that I have come across yet. One extra I would have liked is for some sort of door to be incorporated into the netting to make it easier to gain access to the inside of the cage. As it is you have to unhook and roll up the netting to be able to pick the produce inside the cage.”

“I bought this after caterpillars got at my lemons last year. It goes together easily and is a good size. You can cover it with any sort of netting - I'm using the butterfly netting, but veggiemesh could be used to stop smaller insects. Being aluminium, its very lightweight and easily moved while assembled, with plenty of space inside for several lemon bushes.”

“Easy to fit together and came with instructions to do so. I thought it was self evident how it should, go but it’s reassuring to have them. I’m yet to fit the netting as it’s too early in the season for that but hope that will be good too.”

“Second of these purchased, good value reasonably robust (should last quite well if handled carefully. Easy assembly, frame took about 10 minutes placed over Raspberries on my own. I managed to put the net on by myself. It would be much easier with two pairs of hands. The net supplied is a generous size. All in all I am chuffed with my purchases. Look neat and tidy and do the job as required.”

“Reasonably sturdy, should last if handled with care, decent if basic assembly instructions. Erected in a few minutes, generous bird netting, the raspberries are now protected. Very good value in comparison with the 19mm build your own range. Shame there are not more variety of Dome cage kits.”

“a small problem with the hoops which was put right immediately by customer services. easy to erect and look good. could do with the 16 pegs that come with the veg cages rather than 6 but any camping shop will sell them”
