“It's a bunch of wood and some screws. Which might have been OK if I hadn't waited in all day for delivery for it not to turn up and then I call to be told its being delivered the next day when I'm at work. It arrived and was soaking wet and had surface mildew and had 2 ices missing and no screw pack - waited another 6 days for the missing parts to be thrown over my fence. So a week late I can actually get on with trying to put it together so it even resembles a planter - would never buy from this company again.”
