“Very happy with the product,one problem was the instructions, they were in a plastic bag heavily stapled to the timber.the staples made many holes the instructions were so wet the pages had stuck together making them impossible to read.”

“Hello, firstly great drop off service. Very helpful and friendly driver. Downside on both the radial pergolas I bought is at least four of the timbers are quite badly split. Unfortunately I had booked in a garden contractor to fit which was dependent upon another job getting done and me going awY. Hence this is the first chance I have had to respond. Otherwise I wouldn't have had it fitted.”
