“Bench perfect, needed the cushions after originally cancelling them and getting a refund of £30:00. When I called to get the cushions delivered just days after the Bench had been delivered I was told this was a £50:00 charge. Office manager rude and offensive, we do have to make a profit was her parting words beware very bad customer service!!!! (What a shame such a bad impression on the company)”
