“Delivery promised in 5-7 days took 5 weeks. When I contacted customer service as no-one was proactively telling me about the delay, they were rubbish, I requested my complaint be passed onto a manager - I still have had no response. I didn't get the promised text regarding delivery, I had to ring the company and ask when my delivery was coming. Finally, it arrived in hundreds of pieces with very awful instructions. You need to be an experienced builder to figure it out. It is not going to be watertight without extra bits purchased and added to it. All in all this has been a terrible experience.”
