“Whilst your product is very attractive you may want to review some of your manufacturing processes as we found some of the wood of very poor quality and poorly constructed. And the instructions could be made a lot clearer, perhaps printing the pictures much larger. Overall I am reasonably pleased with finished product after we had to correct certain issues.”
