Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are finding that the Collect + link is not working for you. We have checked it and there does not seem to be an issue with it, and we have had no other complaints. Might it work on a different browser (if you are using Chrome would it work on Firefox for example)? You can just post the order back to us from your Local Post office, we would recommend you use Royal Mail second class to keep the cost low and then add tracking for around 80p more so you can see when it reaches us.
