Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you have found these sandals to be too wide for you and that your foot slips forward. They are a widest fitting as advertised, it may be that a standard fitting would be better for you. You may find that a half insole on the front of the shoe (you can get gel insoles for comfort too) may help reduce the width and stop your foot sliding forward. I cannot guarantee this would work, but it may be worth a try? I do hope that you are able to wear these lovely sandals again. Kind regards, Janice - customer services
