“Nice product but a bit big for me (I'm 4.5) and the returns process to swap for a smaller size is a pain. Royal Mail wanted £12 to return them. Now need to find a store to take them too. Won't be ordering from you again because of this I'm afraid. Too many other choices that make the returns process far easier.”
