“Not true to size. I am a large 5 and the 5 I ordered was too big. Added to that I had to pay £12 to return as a tracked item as recommended. I will never order again from you.”

Thank you for your review. This boot is a wide fitting, we are sorry to hear that it was too large for you. With regard to posting an item back, it seems like tha postal service has not just charged you for the tracking, but for a next day delivery too. Second class with Royal Mail and tracking for an item this size we would expect to be around £5. There is also a link on our website to Collect + where for the low cost of £4.49, you can return up to 10 kilo in one package, this is also a tracked service. Alternatively you can take back to any Charles Clinkard store where they will arrange a refund for you. I hope that this helps for future reference. Kind regards, Janice - customer services.
