“Really disappointed with my order. One of the shoes had clearly been tried on. The laces and sole were discoloured and a sticker had been removed from the inside. It was probably a display shoe. Sadly returned because they are a nice casual shoe.”

“Although the shoes are good quality, as I would expect judging by the high cost. However, given the high price, I was very disappointed to find they are too narrow. This is the first time ever that this has been the case. I have returned them and ordered a half size bigger, except they will be too big as I'm always a standard size 5. The £8.95 return cost was also frustrating as its usually free these days. At 72 years of age, this is not a good introduction to an expensive shoes company.”
