“I ordered online and when the shoes arrived the metal ring holding the leather tag to the zip was broken. Apart from that the shoes were fine. I was so relieved to have a comfortable pair of shoes in my size 3 and a half (not easy to get) that I kept the shoes. Both rings were replaced by small keyrings purchased locally.”
