When purchasing a new pair of shoes, we recommend wearing them around your home for a few days to ensure the fit is right and also to pick up on issues with blisters appearing or any soreness. If your new shoes are not a suitable fit, or you’ve simply changed your mind, you have up to 35 days to return them to us. All we ask is that you send them back in unused and unworn condition. Returned products must be undamaged and intact - including any labels and protective materials - and be accompanied with all original packaging.
