“Sent for 2 pairs, 4 & 4.5, as I have a sizing issue - both great but the 4 were slightly snug and the 4.5 had a zip not fully working. Returned both pairs and requested a new 4.5 pair, explaining the zip issue - received a new pair very quickly and am really pleased with them.”
