“I love these shoes the colour looks like it will go with anything. I already had a pair in gold which are about 3-4 years old, but still look good and are very comfortable. Just wanted another pair as I know how comfortable they are.”

“I was so excited upon receiving these as they look fabulous. But, Gabor what have you done? These are in no way as nearly comfortable as your old faithful Zagori Toe Loops, although on line look exactly the same. The sole is just not as soft and is made of a smooth hard material rather than the softer suede feel that the Zagori ones have. After an hour of wearing them my soles began to feel sore so I’ve had to put blister protect pads onto the soles of the shoes. I’m going to carry on wearing them for short periods in the hope they eventually become as comfortable as the Zagori ones once they are worn in.”

Some of our customers want the smooth as they find that they are better and others like yourself prefer the softer. “These are the second pair of Gabors I've bought. The first are over 3 years old and still look amazing. I must walk in an odd way as my right shoes always wear down on the heel in at an angle but my Gabors are still perfect. They are white leather and I'm sure the manufacturers instructions don't advocate this, but I pop them in the washer on a trainer wash and they come out as good as new. I've purchased other quality toe post shoes in the past but the toe post ends up irritating me so I was wary about trying these, but I have to say that they are truly like slippers! I cannot describe how fabulous they are to wear and they look pretty too. They are I suppose a bit pricey but they are honestly worth every penny. I very rarely am moved to leave reviews but if you are looking for stylish summer sandals that you could walk for miles in and still feel like you are walking on air then these are a must!”
