“Nice boots, but unfortunately too narrow for me, so I returned them on the 2nd December. No refund yet 12 days later. Contacted the company, but they haven't received them yet. I'm hoping it's the postal strike and that they will eventually turn up. They are expensive!!”

With regard to the post, there are delays at the present time due to the strikes, however things are coming in. Do you have a tracking number at all so you can see if it shoes have arrived?
