“2 sideboards arrived badly damaged. Company refused compensation of £50 and could not provide perfect replacement. Would not use again.”

Hello Pepita I’m sorry that you are unhappy with the customer service you received recently , I have read our correspondence and can see that you were offered a brand-new replacement sideboard or if you preferred we were able to collect the item for a full refund . Both of which you declined and instead preferred to take the allowance offered to keep the item , if you have changed your mind and would like the item uplifted then please do contact our online sales team . “I’m pleased with my sideboard. It is a true white colour, which is what I wanted. It is good quality for the price and would give it a very good review except for one of the magnet Cupboard door Hatches does not work.”
