“Truly excellent experience from start to finish, from the moment I walked through the door at the Farringdon showroom to the installation process. The installation experience was fantastic - a lovely chap who cared immensely about the bed being absolutely perfectly set up and in position before he left. In his words, "we don't want better, we want perfection". The bed is exceptional quality and looks fantastic. Really pleased. Definitely worth the investment made.”

“The best of the best. From customer experience to the quality of the bed. The only thing i can say is how exceptional everything was. It is worth every penny. The biggest thank you to Zeynep! What a lovely person. It was a pleasure to have you as point of contact. You definitely made everything so smooth (and that’s a lot since I am usually one of those customers that want everything different). I bought an illusion bed and Zeynep guided me from the size of the bed to the fabric selection and the fit in the room. I could have not asked for a better bed. The headboard, which was with a fabric that I purchased separately and then shipped to Furl for upholstery, was perfect. It really made my dream bed. In terms of comfort, I can say I sleep like a baby. Thank you so much. Finally, I wanted to thank the person (apologies if I dont remember the name) who helped me to build the bed. He was super professional and he did an amazing job. It was really the cherry on top. Thank you thank you thank you”
