I recently (July 2021) purchased a Moustache Samedi 27 Xroad 7 Open 2021 from Fully Charged in London Bridge. I would have preferred to have purchased an e-bike from somewhere more local to where I live, but none of the retail outlets there would let me try out a bike first. Having had the bike for around 6 weeks and travelled an amazing 445 miles during that time, I think I've sussed out what I would have liked to have known before I bought it!! I wanted a bike mainly for leisure purposes and wanted one to be as comfortable as possible. I did try out the full suspension version initially. I didn't appreciate at the time what real difference having the full suspension version would make. I didn't plan to go off road much then, or so I thought. With the Nyon GPS display, it gives you options for doing a ride, namely FAST, SCENIC & MTB. When you select the SCENIC option, quite often the route can take you cross country & that is when the benefit of full suspension would be most apparent. That being said, even when I were to go over speed bumps down a side road etc, then I'm sure the Full suspension would make a significant difference. The problem I had was that the price tag of the bike without full suspension was already £4,300 which did seem an inordinate amount at the time, and the thought of paying an extra £600 for the full suspension version just put me off. The bike is a quality product and I did look at other cheaper bikes that had the motor on the rear hub. However, after looking at countless reviews on YouTube etc, I decided that one with the Bosch motor would be more reliable. It's Feb 2022 now an yesterday the battery cover fell off only to be crunched under the wheels of a car. This is not very well designed, and for something to be so flimsy on an expensive bike, I was not impressed!

Anna, glad to hear you enjoyed the ride - the power and agility of the bike was certainly complemented by the skills of the rider.
