“This was a third order of the product. Unacceptable quality shiplap was delivered with unusable lengths because of knot holes and one length twisted and warped. The product delivered is far too variable in quality to rely on order for delivery. I would only consider any future orders by collection where I could reject unusable product.”

“Pleased to see the shiplap delivered was of good quality and did not have the issues - unusable lengths because of knot holes - associated with my first order of the same product. Unfortunately, for a third order, unacceptable quality shiplap was delivered again with unusable lengths because of knot holes and one length twisted and warped beyond usability.”
