“It is a thing of beauty and it makes a brilliant pizza. It has space for one pizza which is probably enough to cope with unless you are an experienced chef running a restaurant. It works well for roasting meats as well. There is a real sense of quality about the oven.”

“Having researched products on the market I decided a pizza oven was not a small, short-term investment. With this in mind I decided to go for the Fuego Brick 80. It's big and it's heavy due to the build quality and high insulation properties as such a bespoke stand is a good idea and a forklift essential when placing the oven. Once you over come these small concerns the oven is a complete joy. Hitting temps of 500 degrees when pizza cooking and maintaining oven temps suitable for overnight low cooking this oven can feed the masses on a Saturday night and still provide an easy solution to a Sunday lunch for the hangers on. Honestly it's the star attraction in our garden and will be for many many years!! Build quality is exceptional.”
“Fantastic heat retention, This fire does get up to temperature quite quick and the wood burns really well. Dome is perfect shape/size and the top heat 'rainbow' flame is perfect for our pizzas. Draw is very good. Very well made with beautiful brick finish. Heat lasts long after fire goes out - perfect for bread and long cook meat joints overnight. My only complaint is that it can't bake 6 x 12" pizzas as claimed - more like 4 max, we do 3 at a time to allow space for turning. Overall, very happy with the service and very happy with the oven.”
