The HR200 solid door under counter fridge from Foster is a quality professional unit, built in the UK from high grade stainless steel and aluminium for the best possible durability and protection from damage such as scratches and dents which are prone to occurring in busy commercial environments. The exterior stainless steel provides greater resistance to damage, whilst the interior aluminium remains heavier duty than plastic or laminate, and keeps weight down. The fridge is fitted with an easy to use microprocessor controller with digital display to give a read out of the current operating temperature of the unit, as well as to allow you to set the temperature between 3C and 5C. Rollers are fitted to allow for easier moving of the fridge, and a lock is fitted to the door to provide you with greater security against theft. A glass door can be fitted, and the door hinged can be swapped from right to left at the time of order optionally. The fridge comes with two shelves, each of which are coated with nylon, additional shelves can be purchased separately if required. The 196 litres capacity gives you a lot of space for storing your stock and ingredients.
