“Bought mid December 2015. Makes great crushed ice in two grades (sizes). Solid bit of kit. The plastic reservoir doesn't inspire as much 'build quality confidence' as the rest of the machine, but it's not cracked or split yet.... Always, always, best to use hard ice from freezer as opposed to wet, freshly mad ice cubes. The fresh ones just get whizzed into slush and clog the machine. The hard, deep frozen ice works nicely but have a beaker of warm water on hand to unclog if you're making a large batch. Better than most for it's size and certainly better value for money.”
