“Bought these for my wife as a Christmas present - she'd been looking for fine liqueur cherry chocolates; better than the stuff in supermarkets. Well, they went down a treat. She says they are utterly amazing and the best she has ever had. They will be on the repeat order list!”

“I wanted to write a review to showcase what great customer service looks like. My original Friars order was incorrect, however I contacted Friars once (yes just once) and they immediately rectified the error and also sent a personalised apology. To me this means I will remain a loyal customer - because this level of service, and feeling valued as a customer is rare. Keep doing what you do Friars!!”

“The chocolates tasted lovely but seven of them were damaged and the filling leaked out so it spoiled the surprise of it given as a xmas gift.There was no mark externally on the box so perhaps you need to upgrade your packaging inside the box,but i have had these off you other years with no problem.
