“I give Friars 5 stars because despite my original purchase arriving damaged and were a xmas present for my wife, the ‘recovery’ was excellent. Not only did the service team acknowledge that a recent change to packaging may have contributed to the damage in transit and therefore would review, but without quibble or requiring loads of evidence very quickly sent a replacement item with no fuss and no argument. So Friars get 5 stars for treating their customers with respect and trust and in return I remain a loyal customer who adds ‘great customer service’ to their already great products. Thank you for putting customers at the heart of your business and empowering you customer service team to resolve the issue quickly. PS The dark cherry liqueurs are still the best!”

“For the last few years, I have bought these chocolates for my brother for Christmas and he says they are the best ever! So good I now buy the dark chocolate caramels for my husband. So nice to have good quality dark chocolates.”

“I ordered it for my husband birthday. When the parcel delivered the chocolate inside were damaged. So I contacted the customer services. The replacement box was sent with better protection parcel and no damage occurred. The chocolate tastes very good and worth the price.”

“These cherry liqueuer chocolates are very nice, but not amazing. I wonder about the quality of the dark chocolate used. That's the only thing that lets them down a bit. The cherries are lovley, as is the liqueur taste.”

“These are the best cherry liqueur chocolates that I have managed to source in the UK. Plenty of Liqueur and great dark chocolate. Well presented in strong box to withstand transportation. Just love Friars chocolates. One day we will visit you.”
