“Ordered many times from Friars and always been delighted but this time was very disappointed. These were an 80th birthday present and when opened several were broken, liqueur was running out of the box and chocolates were all jumbled up not in their usual stalk side up! Chocolates which weren’t damaged were as usual very tasty.”

“We have been buying and enjoying your dark chocolate cherry liqueurs for years and being asked for a review after every new purchase has become rather tedious as we obviously rate them highly . However, our last online order arrived quite badly damaged . I sent you a photograph of the broken chocolates and was more than delighted by the response viz: a replacement box promptly despatched. A big pat on the back for that and I expect whatever algorithm you use will continue to ask for new reviews though I heartily wish it wouldn't .”
