“These are by far the BEST Rose and Violet Creams in England. Much better than Fortnam and Mason and Leonidas so worth the effort to order them by mail. This is a family business so if anything goes wrong they correct it right it right away without any fuss. We found this shop by chance on a visit to the Lake District, so it is a local gem in Keswick! We now buy all of our chocolates from Friars, so you need no other recommendation since we live near Fortnam and Mason in London.”

“This was never delivered to the addressee and Royal Mail show a photo of the item being deliverd to someone else's doorstep to a property that can't be identified. The matter has been reported to Royal Mail and they are pursuing the matter and have provided reference codes. This was particularly disappointing being delivered prior to Valentine's Day and left to be opened on that special day. A parcel delivered at the time of the scheduled delivery contained fly spray. On opening on Valentie's Day you can appreciate the comment!”

“Beautiful tasting chocolates but unfortunately 6 chocolates where broken and 5 chipped inside the box. Being valentine's day I didn't complain so as to not spoil the occasion when my wife excitedly opened them. Honest reply Only because you emailed me for a rating”
