“Whilst I have little doubt that the chocolates would have been a tasty treat for my wife. On arrival something had happened to then, perhaps due to poor packaging they had melted together and not only become a "blob" but had stuck to the inside packaging, destroying the content. Complained and service was fine with a full refund but not really the point when it was a present for a special occasion. Perhaps need to re-visit your packing dept as chocolate box was loose inside a much larger box "swimming around" which did not help and broke things up. - Sorry.”

“The recipients enjoyed the chocolates. They were well presented ans much thought had gone into the packaging. I especially liked the chill pack for the summer weather. However, as I told Jackie on the telephone today - we were a little disappointed that one of he gifts did not have a "menu" with them and the message on another item was repeated. Neither was too much of a problem though and didn't detract from the enjoyment!”

“These were bought for my mum's birthday present, she was very impressed by the taste and presentation. We will be visiting the Keswicks shop again soon.”
