“Well described as 'exquisite'. I searched high and low for a present for Mothers Day and usual retailers didn't seem to have what I was looking for then I stumbled on Friars.co.uk. I am so glad I did as Mum commented that the chocolates were divine. Do not hesitate to make a purchase from this company.”

“I need to purchase more from you but, i cannot as you want new password which is impossible as your system will not accept anything!!!I would appriciate if you could advise me on this matter. I would very much like rp purchase your chocolates as i "often" need to as gifts. Eventually gave up and ordered fro Fortnum and Mason. Sincerely, M. Roberts”

“Well I didn't receive any notification that my friend had the chocolates delivered, like other firms do. My friend said there was no note on the chocolates either so she didn't know who they were from - apart from that my friend did enjoy them.”

Hello, thank you for your review. We do apologise that you were disappointed with your order. We do send the tracking information once orders are dispatched which does go to the email address on the order and do apologise if you did not receive this. We do also apologise about the gift message, this is not the standard we like to provide at Friars. We have found that sometimes these do slip down and get in with the packaging paper. We will however have a chat with the packing team to ensure that they are double checking that gift messages are going with orders. Again, we do apologise for any disappointment caused. “Quite possibly the most wonderful white chocolates we’ve ever tasted. Each one from the selection I bought (4 each of 6 types of white chocolate) was superlative in its own way. Yes I shall buy them, or others from the Friars’ range, again whilst probably never buying other makes of white chocolates ever again! I’d also like to praise the brilliant service I experienced when I purchased from the website; it could not have been better. Thank you Friars. Well done!”
