“I was sending the chocolates to a holiday letting guest by way of an apology where we had made a serious error. I was looking for something that could be sent speedily and reliably whilst the guests were still there, and these chocolates were ideal. The company was responsive and fast. Well done!”

“HI I tried these chocolates after my niece recommended them- ages ago. I enjoyed them on the whole but I do not like to see sorbitol is in them. Why is this used instead of natural sugars??”

“There was a problem with delivery as I received a note to say it had been refused, spoke to my friends who had not had any parcels delivered . The company wrote and asked me what I wanted to do and I asked for it to be resent. This was done immediately and tracked and delivered straight away. Excellent service a company who followed the order through and arranged for it to be delivered. Thank you I will be using you again ‍♀️”
