“I ordered these chocolates as a gift but I never received them. This started many emails to the company who did send out another box which finally arrived three weeks later. By this time I was so fed up I refused delivery and the company agreed to refund me. I brought a belated gift from another chocolate retailer”

Hi, Thank you for your review and we are sorry there was an issue with the delivery of your product. We have to rely on a third party for our delievries and, though they are usually very reliable, there can occasionally be delays beyond our control.
