“I am very disappointed as I ordered just violet creams but unfortunately you sent ROSE and violet creams. The friend I am giving them to for Christmas only likes plain violet creams. I was going to return them, but am disabled and cannot get to a post office so am giving them to her just to share with her family. I order violet creams from you regularly, this is the first time there has been a mistake”

“These chocolates were for a Christmas present. Ordered 10 days ago. Still not arrived !!!! Card noting failed delivery posted through letter box as I was not in. Completed alternative delivery options and I chose to collect item from my local town's main post office, Tunbridge Wells. I expected to pick up the item there BUT the post office is closed temporarily due to health issues. I REALLY DO NOT KNOW where my gift is at present. Can you help?”

“I was given a box of these chocolates by a friend. They were so delicious I bought them as a gift for a beloved God-mother...and a different content, ie kirsch cherry liqueur chocolates for my brother, who could not wait to open them, tasted a couple and said, they were 'sublime'.....a word he would not usually use...so sublime is in his view the taste of a special Friars chocolate!”
