“The advent calendars were bought as gifts. As it's not yet advent, they haven't been opened. They did arrive promptly after they were ordered.”

“The problem was with the chocs in the calendar, not with Friars. I notified Friars and it was dealt with total efficiency as they recognised there was a problem.I could ask no more of them. I am totally satisfied with their actions.”
