“I was disappointed as I thought the advent calendar would involve some decent puzzle solving. It might be my fault for not reading the description thoroughly enough though. There was an app which made the calendar ‘come to life’ but in terms of problem solving there was just a dial to turn on top which pointed to a picture of the door to open which isn’t exactly complicated. So I felt I paid over £35 for a cool looking cube of cardboard with some ok tasting chocolates inside. I haven’t got to the final day yet so the calendar may still justify the price…”

“The item itself is lovely and the chocolates delicious but it seems to be a German product with the dominant language on the box being German. For some reason I had thought it was produced by Friars in Cumbria but perhaps not (I should point out that I am a Cumbrian).”
