“The shoe is gorgeous but the size chart is not helpful - it runs large. I am a US customer and followed the size guide - ordered a size 40 (US 8.5). The shoes are large, there is way too much room. The return fee from the US is at a minimum, an outrageous $50, if you purchase one of the DHL return labels provided by Freya Rose. I was going to request an exchange but would have to pay for the new shipping fees in addition to the return fee. And, what if the second pair of shoes don't fit either? If you are a US-based customer, save yourself trouble and order from a US retailer with a reasonable returns/exchange/shipping policy.”

We understand that shipping internationally can be expensive which is why we offer our customers a highly discounted rate with our trusted courier DHL. We do this to try and make the returns process as efficient and cost-effective as possible.
In regards to exchanges, we are mindful of how it's costly for our customers to return shoes internationally so we will always cover the exchange shipping of getting them back out to our customers.
