“I ordered this via Amazon where it was described as a Ukraine tie. Sadly, when I got it the tie had the Ukrainian flag colours upside down. The blue should be above the yellow. I contacted the tie producers directly and the problem was handled by yhe fabulous Jayne who quickly helped me to obtain a tie with the colours correctly arranged. It was done very quickly even though I assume it must have involved some rejigging of the production line. A big thank you hug to Jayne.”
