“The extensions are a wonderful color match, you cannot tell the difference between my own hair and the extensions! I did have a clip that wasn't working, but customer service was amazing and helped me immediately! I got a little refund and an explanation of how to put the reserve clips on the weave.”

“I love it. I’m growing out a pixie at the moment and my hairs about an inch from being chin length and is shorter at the back, so I can only get a tiny ponytail so I was worried this wouldn’t hold and look really fake, but it looks amazing! So easy to put in! I was worried about the colour but it matches my hair perfectly! It is not as stark white/silver as in the photo! It has different colours of ash blondes and silvers running through it, when I first dye my hair the pony actually looks a little yellow, but a couple of washes and it’s perfect. “I was really hesitant about buying this product as I wasn’t sure if it would look natural but I’m so glad I did. The ponytail is so thick and soft, and surprising really easy to put in takes roughly a minute or two to put in.”

“Beautiful hair! Really like them however I am taking a star off because the second time I wore them I brushed through the five clip piece and it snapped apart at the third clip. Not sure why it did this! The brush was going through just fine without struggle so I really am not sure why it snapped off at the third clip! So I guess now I have 9 pieces instead of 8. But so far that is the only down side I’ve had so far. Shipping was fast.”

“My wife is very happy with quality of the hair clip also the speed at which the product arrived was great. So the first time I ordered the wrong quantity and the wrong product (this was on a Sunday evening) I wrote an email to cancel the order. Just after 09:00 am the following morning I recieved an emai saying no Problem order is cancelled so my first experience with foxy locks is a very big thumbs up. I order a lot of things online and that response time in getting back to me is absolutely fanstastic (thankyou Foxy locks team) All in all my wife thinks its a great product and I think you guys are exceptionally good in customer service.
