“Love love love these extentions iv been wearing extentions for 12 years iv gone between clip ins and fitted extensions and this hair is by far the best quality iv ever had super thick to the ends soft and shiny they are also so comfortable too compared to normal clip ins. “I have never worn hair extensions before so I had a lot of questions. Foxy Locks was very responsive through Instagram and email. It did take some time because they were operating with a reduced staff, which they were very upfront about. Once I felt comfortable with my decision, I ordered the 22" Superior Platinum. However, due to the pandemic, they were backordered and the date changed a couple of times. Customer service reached out and offered me 3 options: switch to something in stock and it would be sent right away, a free gift if I continued to wait, or a full refund. I switched to the Deluxe 20" Platinum. They emailed on Friday, they shipped on Monday and I had them by midday Wednesday. I was super impressed by how fast they got here. I live in Indiana. I can't even get something from one state over that quickly. The hair is a beautiful color. The swatches online don't do it justice. It doesn't match my hair yet because I haven't been able to get my hair highlighted yet because of the pandemic. But it will be perfect for me once I can. Also, I'm really glad I got the 20". I'm only 5'4" and the hair goes almost to my waist. I'm pretty happy with my experience with Foxy Locks. I have only 2 suggestions. 1. Please add more pictures to your website. It was really difficult to pick a color. I messaged your customer service to see more and also looked online. 2. Why do you charge until they ship? Otherwise I'm very happy with my purchase. Thanks!”

“The hair itself deserves five stars but I’m not giving it five because of the ridiculous customer service. These gals are just out to make a hustle wherever they can without any regard for their customer who keeps them in business. Deceptive, dishonest and dissapointing as their product is good. Just an FYI if your hair is on back order it’s tfb for you. Usually companies in this scenerio won’t charge you until your product ships. Nope, not these gals. They’ll take it and basically tell you, you are sol until Saturn is in its 7th orbit and the hair magically shows up at their warehouse. Their pre-order dates have NO guarantee. So just be aware, even if you paid express shipping, it could take months to get because they take the liberty of continually moving back their pre-order dates if they don’t have the product. Also they don’t mind magically coming up with another set of hair extensions that cost more than yours did that you are waiting for, (if yours are on back order) you just have to pay the difference. Nice hustle!”
