“New to wearing hair extensions and this would be my second set, previously having bought from Bellami which after 3 months I realized there were strands of synthetic hair mix with human and began to tangle constantly. I bought these In Jet Black not fully having paid attention to my own hair in sunlight which is more of a dark brown and appear black indoors. After pulling the tester out I immediately noticed how rich in darkness the hair was which was very noticeable from my own hair even in indoor lighting. I bought the ELEGANT 20” Set of 160g thinking it would be enough hair since I believed I had thin hair but due to another set of Elegant 160g extensions I purchased ( Silver Fox) I realized they would be too thin at the end so will most likely be returning these. The hair quality is amazing, and was not expecting for the tester piece to be a 3 clip, however I feel like a 2 clip or even a 1 clip should be used for the tester. Not really sure what happens to the tester pieces that are send back with the product but I feel like using a 1 clip would be a lot better for the company especially since people will be placing the tester piece on their own hair to compare.”

We do offer a colour match service on our website for future reference, we can recommend the best colour to match your hair and advise on which set you should purchase to match your length and thickness. We use a 3 clip weft as the sample so that our customers can see the colour, especially if the shade is highlighted or multi tonal. If we used a 1 clip or 2 clip you would not be able to see the colour properly and we like all of our customers to be happy with their set and chosen shade before opening the hygiene seal.
