“I totally understand that we are going through a strange time with covid-19 however,by offering a discount foxy locks clearly received and influx in orders that they couldn’t cope with, with a reduced team. The communication was unclear on what was going on I had to chase several times just to get an idea of a dispatch time .. one person said the item was being dispatched that day and another just mentioned oh your item is on pre order now so it won’t be dispatch for at least another 3 weeks! When I ordered the item it was very much in stock and remained in stock several days after I ordered. The adviser told me that they allocate stock on a first come first served basis. I have never heard anything like that... you should not be able to sell beyond the products you have and then tell the person they are on pre order. I then requested that the length was changed so I could have the item sooner but in the mean time I ordered from another supplier so I will be returning the Items I feel that the business got greedy to veg the orders in and couldn’t cope. Must people purchasing clipins now is to replace perm methods of extensions while in lock down they don’t want to wait 5 weeks Sadly not a great experience”
